RAW SUPERFOOD BAR

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
MAKES: 10 BARS
Ingredients:
1 cup of dates (soaked for 30 minutes or until they are soft)
½ cup cranberries
½ cup of raw almonds – broken in big pieces
3 tablespoons goji berries
½ cup raw pecans – broken in big pieces
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Directions:
1. Chop the dates in a food processor. They need to be in small pieces and not completely mashed.
2. Mix with the nuts, sunflower seeds and cranberries and stir until they are mixed very well.
3. Place among 2 sheets of baking paper and press to shape a large area.
4. Cut in 10 pieces and cover with the sesame seeds.
