PORRIDGE OATS WITH MIXED SEEDS

PREPARATION TIME: 3 MINUTES
SERVES: 1 PERSON
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon of raw honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
Directions:
1. Put the oats in a saucepan, pour in the milk (you can also use water instaed of the milk) and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
2. Serve in a bowl and add the honey.
3. Finally sprinkle the seeds and enjoy!
