PINK LADY GREEN SMOOTHIE
PREPARATION TIME: 3 MINUTES
SERVES: 2 PEOPLE
1 cup or 40 grams of kale leaves (remove stems)
2 stalks of celery
125 gr. or 1 medium sized pink lady apple
1 medium kiwi or 90 gr.
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 orange or 150 ml
150 ml water
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1. Blend well until smooth.
2. Serve with ice and enjoy!
